1. Anyone level 1-39 can join an academy as long as there is space.
2. Academies are best for players who are new and who are not yet level 40.

3. Your best bet is to go to a guild manager in Roumen, Elderine, or Uruga, check out the guild academy rankings and join an academy that's one of the top 10. They tend to give out the best rewards.

4. Academy members receive rewards for leveling between 10-40 ( Fiesta Powerleveling ). The rewards are set up by the guild, so not all guilds will give rewards for leveling.
